Fall 2010 Meeting

Dear Colleagues,
It is time to register for the HUUMA FALL RETREAT which, in accord with our spring vote, will be at Pokagon State Park in Angola Indiana from Sunday, October 3rd through Wednesday, October 6th. We hope that ministers new to our district can arrive by 4:30 for a Welcome and Orientation. Refreshments for all will be at 6. Check in and worship will follow. The program, presented by Annie Foerster and Jill McAllister, promises to be terrific. Some of us had a taste in GA. More information to come. It will be good to get together.

REGISTRATION is TWO PART:  Rooms and Conference

ROOMS

Room Reservations:  DEADLINE September 3rd
Participants are responsible for making their own room reservations. The room registration deadline for this retreat is September 3rd.  This is important because we have booked every room that they had available and they will release any not spoken for on that date.  Since it is still high tourist season in the beautiful park, let's avoid last minute disappointment.

Rates are:
Historic Cabin 2 Double $67.20
Historic 1 SINGLE $85.12
Historic 2 Double $96.32
Courtyard 2 Queen $125.44

Our group number is #1003UU.  You may mail a check for the deposit to Debbie Brown, Sales Secretary, Potawatomi Inn Resort & Conference Center, 6 Lane 100A Lake James, Angola, IN 46703 or call 260-833-1077 ext 426 or fax it to her at 260-833-8957.  You may also call 877-768-2928 and reference Group Block #1003UU to make your reservations.

Please remember that you must make and pay for your own room reservations by September 3rd.

This scholarship aid will be needs-based, with the need to be self-determined.
